Diamonds - Make The Right Choice

So you have decided to buy your loved one a diamond.

That was the easy decision. Now comes the difficult choices.

Firstly, The price of a diamond is a priority. We would all love to be able to
afford the Hope Diamond but let`s be honest, not in our lifetime.
The price starts at the location that the diamond was mined.
Also buying a bonded diamond will add to the expense.

The clarity of the diamond we select must be high.
That is, no imperfections internally or externally. Grading reports and Diamond Certificates
will certainly help in this regard. After all, we are making a lifetime decision
( Not to mention an expensive one ).

The cut of the diamond is also a major decision that should never be taken lightly.
How it looks on her finger is of paramount importance. It will be an extension of her
and tell others about her personality so spend a lot of time on this choice.
You will be amazed how competent, qualified jewelers can turn an ugly raw diamond into
a thing of beauty. How a diamond is cut is amazing.

A word of warning here. There is no such thing as a certain "Brand" of diamond.
A diamond is a diamond just like Gold is Gold.
Don`t let a dealer tell you he has a range of the famous "grouse" diamonds.

You might also consider the option of buying your diamond online.
This gives you a broader scope to find the right diamond as opposed to visiting the local dealer.
Once again, be aware, diamond scams and fake diamonds can be as common online as offline.
A huge amount of Due Diligence is required.

I wish you all the best in choosing that special diamond.
I am positive she deserves it.
